Jhanice Domingo is a partner with Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. where she focuses on family law and litigation. The Boston College graduate (B.A. in psychology with a minor in women's studies) received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and is a former Somerset County assistant prosecutor with more than 20 years’ experience in family law.
Domingo was the first woman president of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, is active in the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ), and chairs the APALA-NJ's Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee, which facilitates the appointment of qualified Asian Pacific American candidates to the judiciary and other positions in state and federal government.
Her public service work includes representing indigent clients in family court at the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic; conducting free family law workshops for NNJLS’ Private Attorney Involvement program; providing pro bono naturalization application assistance to legal permanent residents with Citizenship Rutgers; and representing pro bono DACA-eligible youth in DACA applications.
